- Support in the administrative routines of the department such as document scanning, material printing, document filing and schedule development
- Files organization and control – Handles, elaborates and controls diferent supply inventory and processes orders for internal and external clients
- May update systems and reports specific to the area where functions are carried out
- Reviews specific requests from internal and / or external clients
- Customer service to internal and external customers
- Adheres to health and safety standards
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Completed high school or in progress, and it is necessary to present proof of attendance at classesExperience:
No previous experience requiredSkills:
- Be older than 14 Years old and younger than 24 Years old.
- Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills
